Anchi is one of the two founders of Celadon Youth and the founder of Celadon Stars World Orchestra.  Anchi started learning Erhu when she was in her 3rd grade and has been a passionate armature player since then. In addition to Erhu, Anchi plays a few other instruments and served as the chorus conductor and orchestra conductor throughout her school years.

At work, Anchi is a professional financial service executive working for global investment banking industry.  She is noted for her expertise in strategic reengineering, enterprise level risk management and financial process transformation.

In addition to her diverse interests in music and arts, Anchi volunteers for several Buddhist organizations and has been a longtime supporter of International Children’s Foundation, International Rescue Committee and NGOs focus on safeguarding and enhancing humanity.
