Zhaoshun is a performer skilled at pipa, zhongruan, liuqin, and sanxang. Graduated with a concentration in pipa performance from the Tianjin Conservatory of Music in 1979 and was soon after appointed to a position wth the Tianjin Hebei Bangzi Theater. In 1991, he earned second prize in the National Musical Instrument Competition for Artists and Artists of Five Heroes of Langya Mountain. Later that year, Mr. Guo transferred to the Tianjin Song and Dance Theater. In 2000, he was invited to the United States by the Bao’An Cultural and Art Center to participate in a performance at Carnegie Hall celebrating Chinese music and culture.

During his more than 20 years of performing career in the United States, Mr. Guo had performed at many grant concert venues and participated in numerus community related activities. Mr. Guo is also a dedicated pipa instructor in these years.

果兆順是一位擅長琵琶、中阮、柳琴與三弦的演奏家。1979年畢業於天津音樂學院，主修琵琶演奏，畢業後隨即受聘於天津河北梆子劇院。1991年，他憑藉《狼牙山五壯士》一曲，在全國器樂大賽中榮獲專業組二等獎。同年，調任至天津歌舞劇院任職。

2000年，他受寶安文化藝術中心邀請，赴美參與卡內基音樂廳的華樂文化演出，自此開啟在美二十餘年的演奏與教學生涯。在美期間，他曾在多個大型音樂廳演出，並積極參與各類社區文化活動，同時也致力於琵琶教學，培養眾多學生，推廣中國傳統音樂文化。
